6 months old!

6 months! Half a year old- time has flown by so fast that I'm typing this post over a week late...Opps!
Anyway....
At 6 months, Grace is

Is in size 2 diapers

Wears 3-6 month and 6-9 month clothes (outgrew 6-9 month Gerber onesies though)

Weighed: 17lbs 2 oz 48th %ile

Length: 26.5in 78th %tile

head circumference: 18in 89th %ile

Drinks 5-6 oz 5 times a day and eats two solid meals a day. Usually 10am and 6pm

Has enjoyed these food in this order: avocado (:-0), sweet potato (:-)), banana (:-)), peas (:-() Green Beans (:-)), Pears (:-))  She also loves baby num nums

Sleeps in her crib ~9 pm-6:30am with multiple nuk replacements during the night
Still takes a short nap around 9am, longer one in the afternoon 1-3:30 and a short nap around 6:30

Sits with support very well, and is getting better at sitting all alone. She stands for almost 30sec unsupported. 
rolls often from side to side by rarely rolls all the way over, but can if she needs to. Yesterday she fell over and landed on her knees in a crawling position. She was up for a few seconds before she got scared.

She has her two front bottom teeth, but hasn't had any other signs of teething.
Is proficient at passing a toy from one hand to the other

Turns and manipulates objects in her hand

Can often insert her pacifier into her mouth on her own but likes to chew on it more than suck it

Cries while playing when an adult leaves the room

Poops on average 1 times a day, much more than before she started solid food.
Likes to play with mom's hair and nose, Dads facial hair, and her silky blanket.

She loves to be sung to and play peek a boo

Loves reading books and talking to everything.

Hates it when Daddy snorts his nose

Has started to get scared of some strangers, and strange noises

Favorite toy right now seems to be her ball popper and exersaucer

Loves mommy to "eat her tummy" and tickle games

Loves to smile and talk

Turns when you say her name












Grace also started eating solid food about a week later
