21 months

At 21 months Grace is so amazing!

She talks all the time! Her longest sentence was 7words. She regularly talks using 4 and 5 word sentences "Mama, where papa going" "Lindsey get out, my chair" "Ipad, Get it Get it, I watch Mickey Mouse" "Ok Mama, Ok Daddy" " I do it myself" "Mama goofy"

She loves to sing and dance to every song. Her favorites right now are Twinkle Twinkle, 5 Little Monkeys Jumping on the bed, Im a Nut, and the ABC's. She absolutely loves to sing!

Grace is starting to organize things by like colors, or groups. She likes to be organized often having all of her characters in a row facing the same way.

She still has an impecable memory! She makes associations with very little information. For example Lindsey was drinking out of a chucky cheese cup, Grace has never been to Chucky Cheese, but drank out of the cup months and months ago. She also rememberd playing with stones at grandpa and grandma Webers on a weekend. When we came back the next weekend, she rememberd exactually where they were and how many there were.

Grace is still a very well behaved little girl. She will throw tantrums once in a while if you are taking her away from something she likes (like playing outside) She hates getting her diaper changed and wants to do everything by herself. I hear "Mama, Gracie do it" a million times a day.

She had her first dose of Antibiotics. She had a high fever that turned into an ear infection. She was whinny and kind of crabby, at had a high (105) fever. She was a truper, but watched Mickey Mouse at least 100 times.

Mickey Mouse is still her obsesion, with Elmo coming in a close second! She still loves books, swinging outside, and playing in the sandbox. She loves to sing and dance and give huge monkey hugs.

What I dont want to forget:
Her cute little voice when singing songs, How we read and sunggle every night often saying "another book Mama (or Daddy) When nate or I say Gracie goofy, she will reply by saying Mama goofy, Daddy Goofy. Every night right before I put her in her crib she will snuggle in my sholder and do Fishy Kisses, Eskimo kisses and Butterfuly Kisses. How she lights up when she sees the ipad and knows she can watch Mickey Mouse. How she gets kind of jelious when im playing with other kids and will often climb into my lap or give me a hug. How much she loves shoes.  Squeezing Hugs!
