At 9 months Gavin is:
Is in size 3 diapers
Wears 9 month clothes, although I sneak in my favorite 6 month outfits from time to time and some 12m clothes as well.
Weighed 21lb 2 oz an is 30 1/2 in tall.
Drinks 6-8 oz a time, 4 times a day
Now eats a snack or two each day in addition to three meals a day
In addition to the old list of foods, has recently tried meat including chicken, and turkey Other new foods include zucchini, yogurt, Kiwi, multigrain cereal, pancakes, egg yoke, white potato, broccoli, cantalope, aprocot, aspargus, rutabega, parsnip, beets, cheese, grapes, honeydew, watermelon
Is increasing the amount of table food eaten at every
is becoming very clingy to mom and dad. He is also showing lots of stranger anxiety.
Sleeps from 7pm 7am most nights without getting up (lets hope that continues)
Now is super wiggly on the changing table. Takes 2 longer naps of 1 1/2 hours to 2 1/2 hours a day
Now stands very well without using his tummy for balanced. He moves his feet in a walking motion when helped. And is completely not afraid of letting go to see what happens.
Loves jumping in the jumperoo- throws back her head and arches her back so it bounces even more
Likes to bang objects together and blow in the connects blocks to make a whistle noise.
loves old silver bowls and her lap top computer. Always wants the remote and Mommys Jewry
Says Da da da... all the time and uses the ah, ba, ga, sounds he is just starting to put different sounds together.
Still no teeth... Waiting waiting
Favorite toy: jumperoo, and anything that's not a toy.
Favorite Song: Miss Mary Mack, and Gavin's song
Favorite Book: Jungle Babies, The Very Hungery Catapiller and 5 Little Lady Bugs
Things I dont want to forget: How he likes to snuggle when he's is eating his last bottle, he always looks for my necklace, loves sissy, has the sweetest laugh and always is trying to figure out how things work.

How he leans in for a hug. He lights up when daddy gets home from work and sissy plays peek a boo. That he loves his silky blanket. His huge smile right away in the morning. How he can always reach anything you this is in a safe distance. He loves to eat his tummy
