at 16m Gavin continues to amaze us every day. He completely understands everything we say, and will respond yes or no almost always. He loves to do whatever his sister does, loves peanut, and playing with daddy. He's still mommy's cooking buddy, loves animals, trucks/tractors, the remote (and always wants the TV on)
He has 10 teeth (top four, bottom two and all four first molars) He eats whatever week do, and drinks out of a straw or sippy cup. He uses a fork very well, and still has one bottle at bed time (we cant quite kick that one) He loves his nuk, and his silky, and loves his hippo.
He still has no interest in walking... unless he's got one of our fingers. He is an expert at figuring out how things work (caps off of markers, drawers, puzzles etc) He loves anything little people, and often makes the princess kiss the princess. He's definitely into the pretend play stuff.
He makes a mess, but loves to clean it up, he loves my shoes, and anything outside. He does really well in the cozy coup car, and riding on Dino (he still wont push it though) He knows what he wants and wont stop until he gets it.
Hes constantly trying to steal graces blankets and toys, but she does it back to him also:)
anytime music is played he starts to dance and nod his head. So stinkin cute:)
Gavin has lots of words: He is more likely to use them if he repeats what we say. new words include: Pees (please) that ouu (thank you) Dit (get it)
Favorite Song: row row, mommies sweet heart,
Favorite book: butterflies bath, five little monkys, peek a boo baby
Favorite toy: trucks, blocks
Things I don't want to forget:
His little fits, when he doesn't get his way, how he has to grab everthing out of his crib when he wakes up, how he loves to snuggle and watch a cartoon in the morning, how he adores his sissy, playing hide and seek, his little giggles and shy smiles. How he grabs a book and backward scoots onto my lap. How happy he is to see me in the morning.
